Custom Doors & Window Installation in Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi
Doors are where most of our custom design work happens — front doors that set the first impression of a villa, interior doors matched to a specific finish, and sliding or pivot doors for wide openings that a standard hinged door can't handle well. We design around your material and style preference (solid wood, veneer, glass-panel inserts, or modern metal-frame styles) rather than working from a fixed catalogue, then build and fit the door and frame together so the swing, seal, and hardware all match from day one.
Window work splits into two separate decisions: frame type and glazing. Aluminium frames are the most common in the UAE for durability and low maintenance; uPVC costs less and insulates slightly better but handles the region's heat and UV exposure less well over many years. Sliding windows suit tight spaces where a window can't swing open; casement windows seal tighter, which matters more for double-glazed units where the seal is doing real work. We install, replace, and repair all of these, and a single cracked or fogged unit doesn't mean redoing the whole set — we quote and replace just the one that needs it.
Double-glazing is worth flagging specifically: the noticeable benefit here isn't just heat, it's noise — units facing a main road or under a flight path see the biggest difference, and the reduced heat gain does measurably ease the load on your AC, though it won't replace tinting as the primary tool for that (the two work well together).
What's not included: structural changes to a door or window opening itself (enlarging or relocating it) unless scoped as part of a larger renovation — for a straight swap into an existing opening, we don't touch the surrounding wall.
Every door and window job — custom or standard — is quoted flat before we start and covered by our 100% guarantee on parts and labor.

Custom Doors & Windows
Do you design custom doors, or only install standard sizes?+
We design custom — front, interior, and sliding doors built to your size, material, and style rather than a fixed catalogue, then fitted with matching hardware.
What door materials and styles can you build?+
Solid wood, veneer, glass-panel inserts, and modern metal-frame styles — for front doors, interior doors, and wide sliding or pivot openings.
What types of windows do you install?+
Aluminium, uPVC, sliding, casement, and double-glazed windows — we'll help you pick the right type for the room and your budget.
Can you replace a single cracked window, or do I need to redo the whole set?+
A single window is no problem — we quote and replace just the unit that needs it, no need to touch the rest.
Is double-glazing worth it for heat and noise here?+
Yes — double-glazed units noticeably cut outside noise and help keep interiors cooler, which also eases the load on your AC.
Do you only install new windows, or also repair existing ones?+
Both — we handle repairs like broken seals, sticking frames, and damaged glass, as well as full installation and replacement.
Can you install windows in an existing opening without altering the wall?+
In most cases yes — we measure and fit to your existing opening, only adjusting the frame or wall if the new window requires it.
How do I know if my window needs replacing or just resealing?+
If the glass itself is intact but you're getting drafts or condensation between panes, resealing or a seal replacement is often enough — we'll inspect and tell you honestly which one your window needs.
